BioThere have been many theories about who the Phantom Stranger is, what he is, and where he comes from. The Wandering Jew? An indecisive angel shunned by Heaven and Hell alike? A time traveller? No one really knows -- not even the Stranger himself. What is known is that the Stranger wanders wherever he must in order to promote the causes of good, usually by gathering heroes together and offering some cryptic advice.
